Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of the BookviaAI website and WhatsApp booking service at bookviaai.com.
1. The service
BookviaAI lets players request and confirm court bookings by messaging our WhatsApp Business number. Availability and reservations are fulfilled through our booking backend. We may operate on behalf of participating sports facilities.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a booking. You are responsible for the WhatsApp number you use.
3. Bookings
- A booking is confirmed only when we send a confirmation message with booking details or a confirmation code.
- Prices, hours, and court rules are set by the venue and may change.
- Cancellation or reschedule follows the venue’s policy as communicated in WhatsApp or on confirmation.
4. Acceptable use
You may not abuse the WhatsApp channel (spam, harassment, fraud, or attempts to disrupt the system). We may refuse or block numbers that violate these terms or Meta’s WhatsApp policies.
5. WhatsApp
Messaging uses Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s terms. Service depends on WhatsApp availability, which we do not control.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by Lebanese law, we are not liable for indirect losses (lost games, travel costs) arising from failed or delayed messages, except where we caused the loss by negligence we cannot legally exclude.
7. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
